Unless a range of chords is identified with the Tag buttons, the default playing range is all the chords in the chord table beginning with chord 1.  If a range is selected, then the range is played beginning with the first chord of the range.

When clicking on the Play button, playing always starts with either the first chord of the chord table or the first chord of a selected range.  This is irrespective of what the current chord in the chord table is.
